iPod FAQ:

Will my 120GB / 128GB iPod be a 6th or a 7th Generation?

120GB / 128GB iPods are a mix of 6th Generation 80/160GB & 7th Generation 120GB logic boards. If you prefer one over the other, please leave a note with your purchase.

Will my iPod Video be a 32MB or 64MB model?

All refurbished iPod Videos come with the 32MB logic board.

32MB iPods: 30GB 60GB 80GB 128GB

64MB iPods: 256GB 512GB 1TB 2TB

Does my iPod come with a cable?

Not all iPods come with a cable, please refer to the listing description to determine if a cable is included. If you have a preference between USB-A and USB-C you can make this request in the notes for your order.

What color Headphone Jack and Dock Bezel will my iPod/Backplate come with?

All iPod backplates with preinstalled headphone jack/bezel will come in black or white. If you have a preference please make a request in the notes for your order. If no preference is specified in the order notes then a color will be chosen at our discretion
