Elite Obsolete Electronics offers a free limited warranty on all prebuilt iPods sold & offers free 30-day returns & exchanges for any reason on all products sold through eoe.works or eliteobsolete.com

Please note: Regardless of circumstance, Elite Obsolete Electronics is unable to issue any refund for any order, until such order has been physically returned. 

Products are eligible for this any-reason return policy if returned or exchanged in the same condition as sold, with original packaging (when applicable) & must be returned as a complete set (buyer must return bundled USB cable alongside when returning an iPod)

For any iPod sent back for warranty service, RockBox must be uninstalled before returning the iPod.

Important Information for International Returns:

Due to the way that the post operates I cannot purchase postage in the USA with the origin address being in another country. It is up to the customer to return the item. 

If your product & circumstance are in accordance with the guidelines above, a refund in full can be offered under the 30-day any reason policy. 

For iOS device returns, please ensure the iCloud account is logged out before returning the iPod. In the event an iOS device is returned with an iCloud account still logged in, we are unable to process a refund or replacement until the iCloud account is removed. 

In the circumstance the item is returned in a damaged condition, a deduction will be applied to the refund.

For example, an iPod returned with dings, dents or any other physical damage present or an iPod with damaged dock pins, a motherboard returned with broken latches/connectors, etc.

Deductions for refunds on damaged returned items range from 25% - 50% in accordance with the loss of value due to the physical damage. Due to this deduction, exchanges for an item of equal value are unable to be processed.  

In the event a package is lost by the delivery courier, a refund will be processed once the courier verifies the package is in fact lost. 

Orders placed using the services of any international mail / parcel forwarding service will not be accepted. Orders must be addressed to the intended recipient's delivery address. Any & all orders placed utilizing an international mail / parcel forwarding service will be promptly canceled & refunded. 

Refund is for the product's MSRP value. Original shipping cost is not refunded under this policy. Exchanges are for another product of the same value.

If a return is initiated under the 30-day any-reason return policy, and the product is returned in violation of the above guidelines we are unable to complete the return or exchange.
