US Domestic Returns
Elite Obsolete Electronics offers free 30-day returns/exchanges for any reason on all products sold through eoe.works. Refunds are issued for the total of the returned product's sticker price within 30 days from the original purchase date. To initiate a return of any kind please visit our return portal.
International Returns
Elite Obsolete Electronics is unable to provide shipping labels for international returns. The customer initiating the return is responsible for obtaining the proper label to send the return back. Reimbursement for return shipping fees is available at the discretion of Elite Obsolete Electronics.
Refund Logistics
Regardless of circumstance, Elite Obsolete Electronics is unable to issue any refund for any order until the order has been physically returned to Elite Obsolete Electronics and evaluated for refund eligibility, with the exception of a verified lost mail incident.
Postage costs are non-refundable for returned orders, regardless of the reason for return due to the nature of postage being a one-time or single-use service. United States sales taxes are refundable in most situations and will be refunded when possible.
Import duties are non-refundable by Elite Obsolete Electronics, as these payments are made to non-associated organizations. Refunds for import duties are available upon request per the involved third party.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for the any-reason return policy if returned or exchanged in the same condition as sold, with original packaging (where applicable), and must be returned as a complete set (e.g., returning the bundled USB cable when returning an iPod).
For iOS device returns, ensure the iCloud account has been removed before returning. If an iOS device is returned with an iCloud account still logged in, the device is ineligible for refund or replacement until the account is removed.
If an item is returned in a damaged condition, a deduction will be applied to the refund. Examples include:
- An iPod returned with dings, dents, or physical damage
- An iPod with damaged dock pins
- A logic board returned with broken latches/connectors
Deductions are calculated according to the loss of value due to physical damage. Because of these deductions, exchanges for an item of equal value cannot be processed.
Refunds are for the product's MSRP value only. Original shipping cost is not refunded under this policy.
Exchanges are for another product of the same value.
Important Restrictions
Orders placed using the services of any international mail/parcel forwarding service will not be accepted. Orders must be addressed to the intended recipient's delivery address. Any orders placed using such a forwarding service will be canceled and refunded.
If a return is initiated under the any-reason return policy and the product is returned in violation of the guidelines above, the return is ineligible for full refund or exchange.
If the return complies with the guidelines above, it is eligible for a full refund or exchange in accordance with the any-reason return policy.
Elite Obsolete Electronics reserves the right to decline return requests that do not comply with these guidelines.
