Hello iPod and EOE community, There have been some delays with order fulfillment this holiday season. Our team was impacted by illness during the holidays and as a result we were unable to operate at full capacity.   USPS also implemented a new policy on the 24th of December that packages will not be scanned and updated until they reach a regional processing facility, as opposed to when the package is dropped off.
