First of all, I want to thanks everyone for their continued support throughout 2024 and especially during this holiday season. As we approach Christmas, I have important updates regarding order fulfillment and delivery timelines.

The following disclaimer has been displayed at the top of our website, checkout process, and have been included in order confirmation emails: Due to increased demand, handling times have been extended to 6-10 business days for all orders.

WARNING: Some orders placed after the dates stated in below are likely to arrive after Christmas day:

Domestic USPS shipments:
Ground Advantage: orders placed on & after December 12th - 16th
Priority Mail: orders placed on & after December 14th - 17th
Priority Mail Express: orders placed on & after December 20th

International UPS shipments:
Ground: orders placed on & after December 12th - 16th
Worldwide Expedited: orders placed on & after December 14th - 17th
Worldwide Express: orders placed on & after December 14th - 17th

This means that orders placed within this 6-10 business day window before Christmas are highly likely to arrive after December 25th. The only exception to this is domestic orders placed on or before December 20th with USPS Priority Mail Express postage.

I share this not to make excuses, but to provide transparency about the situation. Our entire team is working around the clock to ensure each order is sent out genuinely as soon as possible. I ask kindly for your paitence and sincerely apologize to for any inconveniences caused by these delays.
