There have been some delays with order fulfillment this holiday season.
Our team was impacted by illness during the holidays and as a result we were unable to operate at full capacity.
USPS also implemented a new policy on the 24th of December that packages will not be scanned and updated until they reach a regional processing facility, as opposed to when the package is dropped off. As a result of this policy, USPS has been experiencing issues such as tracking updates and delivery estimates not reflecting accurate information. Also packages have been rerouted to significantly unrelated areas due to massive shipping demand this holiday season. This means shipping information for your package may not update in a timely manner.
Our goal is to be caught up to our ideal shipping/handling times by Wednesday, January 7th.
We are focusing all of our energy on mitigating the delays and achieving the above mentioned goal, and as a result our correspondence will not be as prompt.
